Let's Talk about Love

L O V E
Let's talk about love is song for Celine Dion. It is one of her many greatest songs. It gives you the real meaning behind the magical word "LOVE".We have always been wondering, what is love? how do you feel it? is it only about the relationship between women and men? is it about the love of your family, your friends?
What is love? is a very critical question. The answer of such question depends on the person who will answer it. Some people see love as a means of sex, others see it as a veyr precious feelings while some people sees love as lies. Generally, it all depends on how do they see love, is it from the perspective of girlfriend and boy friend, wife and husband, mother and son/daughter?
For me, the word LOVE is a very precious word and it cannot be covered with the dust of selfish people. Noone understands LOVE unless he felt it. I have always felt the love of my family. I saw it in the tenderness of my mother voice, my sisters fear on me, my brothers appreciations and I felt it deeply from my father may his soul rest in peace. Also, I felt the love of friends. They have always been there for me. When I cry they dry my tears and when i laugh they laugh with me.
Moreover, love for me is the sound of birds, the laughter of a child. It is about a scenery of you in a green meadows infront of a lake with brids singing all around you. This is love to me.However, I cannot deny the need of a man's love. I need a man in my life to give him all the meanings of love. But the question that has always been open, where is this man?! does he exist? I have so much feelings inside me that won't be vanish ever. My heart is full of love for all people who appreciate me and respect me. One main character is missing now in my life, this character is My man. I know he will come sooner or later and I'll be waiting for him my whole life. I will never give up on him.
Anyone who read this post, What is love to you?
The meaning of PR and its importance to the financial institutions
This post for those who think that they know everything and they don't! As one of the bloggers thought that I dont know the meaning of PR, she was wrong or he was i dont know. Anyhow, I will talk in brief about PR here.
PR stands for Public Relations. Many people think that PR is a process of making relations with other people. It is absoultely right but it is also a state of ethics, trust, taste and undestanding others. If such points were available in the scientific mean then we can call a process. PR happens to be important for all aspects of life.
Moreover, the financial and investment institutions need to have PR practitioners in their departments becuase the basic of such institutions are people. PR people have the ability to build great relationships with clients. If the PR practitioner has the communications skills, then he/she will achieve the aim of his job. Most of the speakers in the IPRA-GC conference that was held in Kuwait have emphasized on the importance of the communication skills. In my opinion, the communication skills open the doors for the PR practitioner to know more about how to negotiate and how to manage a crisis as Dr.Anas Al-Rushaid said in the conference.
Also, the importance of the PR in the corporates has been discussed in details by Mrs.Sandra Maclead. She discussed through the researches that her company made that PR is important as any other process in a corporates. Plus there were differenct case studies that have been mentioned in the conference about the reason of successful corporates, such as MTC and Investment Dar, which was having PR as a department or having PR practitioners.
Therefore, we cannot deny the importance of PR in the financial institutions. It is part of our daily life. To be a PR person you have to have strong communication skills internally and externally.
P.S: for further information about the PR conference which was held in Kuwait please feel free to email me through this email
iloverome@gmail.com, and i will be glad to send you the presentations and any comments that we had in the conference.

A New era for the Kuwaitis in particular and the Gulf people in general

I talked in my previous post about how miserable i am with my current job in particular, and about the first PR conference in general. In this post, I want to express what I felt and experienced in the PR conference. It is great when you see Kuwaiti people, especially young males who are holding a great positions in great companies. One of the main speakers in this conference was Mr.Yousef Malallah. He is the vice CEO in Investment Dar. I noticed that there was weak links between some of the points he talked about and i am sure that it was because of the time and not because he was not ready or he didn't have the knowledge. He was great in his presentation generally, and it was great to see him talking with a full confidence. The same goes to Mr.Mijbel Al-Ayoub. He was totally confident with his points when he talked about MTC and how they reached a great position in the region and how they are planning to be a global organization.
Moreover, we had a sidetalk with Mr.Hassan Al-Hassan the Head of the IPRA-Gulf Chapter. We discussed some interesting points about PR and how its important in our lives. We asked him how did he see the conference and his experience with the attendants. He said that the most important thing that attracted his attention was the female attendants and how they were great in the conference. Mr. Hassan is a Saudi citizen and i wondered when he said this about the females, how do they say that Saudi men do not respect women?!! it is so untrue. I am not defending the Saudi men but I experienced this in the conference. Saudi men were setting near females and they were talking to them and laughing. They were discussing many points regarding the conference. It was really a great experience that i have there and I am so happy to join IPRA-GC as a member, and i am planning to join the IPRA. Therefore, anyone who is reading this post don't miss the international conference that will be held in Bahrain next year in March. I am pretty sure that you will have a great experience there.
First PR conference in Kuwait
I have attended the past two days a conference about the PR and how it is important. It was a great experience for me. I have learned in this conference many things more than what i learned in my fucking job (forgive me for my language). It is hard for you when you struggle and you are never appreciated by your colleagues or the fucking management in the firm. You give everything and you hard to do your job as you learned with ethics. But when you see someone who is below the average and getting benefit more than you do, it is hard to handle. I have been working in this fucking company for a year now and all i do is go and set either to chat or check emails or write a blog. I did not accomplish anything during my work in this company because they don't want hard workers, they have the mentality of Typical Arabs. My year in this company made me think that people are calling for development in all it means politically, economically and socially but they are standing at the same spot without moving a step forward. They are calling the community to be equal to the western community. Honestly i dont know what kind of equality they are calling for. Is it to be equal to them in fashion? or in the freedom of having BF or GF? or do they call for equality between male and female? I guess they did call for fashion,to have a BF or a GF and do whatever they want together. They totally accomplish all these points and they accomplish partly the equality between male and female. Unfortunately, all the Kuwaiti females in this company are typical Kuwaitis. They don't have any potentials, they are nothing but trash of fashion and chit-chat ones. It is hard to see such attitudes and you had a vision of a perfect job especially when you work in an INTERNATIONAL companies. Yeah big companies in Kuwait are nothing if they are runned by such mentalities. PLEASE BEFORE GETTING INTO ARGUMENTS WITH THE WESTERN COMMUNITY REPAIR YOURSELVES AND TRY TO KNOW WHAT THE WESTERN PEOPLE CARE MOST FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!
